DOGS
The entrance with dogs is allowed only if kept on lead. They must be always on the path. It is forbidden to go on the grass.

FREE ADMISSIONS
Children from 0 to 5 years old are free
The leader of the group is free
1 teacher every 20 students is free
Handicapped  persons (100%)

April - September:                           9:00 - 18:00 (last entry) Closing at 7 p.m
1st October till 20th October:           9:00 - 17:00 (last entry) Closing at 6 p.m
21st October till 27th October:         9:00 - 16:00 (last entry) Closing at 5 p.m
28th October till 3rd November:       9:00 - 15:30 (last entry) Closing at 4.30 p.m

TIME REQUIRED FOR THE VISIT
From one to two hours.

Advance reservation for groups is not necessary. Visits are not guided. Plants are namely labelled and we recommend to follow the way showed by the consecutive numbers. If you wish to be accompanied on your tour, you can contact one of the tour guides from the list below:https:

VIDEOS AND PHOTOS REGULATION
Video and photo shooting are allowed for personal use, the sale and/or publishing for commercial purposes are forbidden.
Aerial photos and videos are forbidden (drones, remote controlled aerial technology etc.)

Situated at the entrance of the Gardens, near the tickets office. Available for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

PIC-NIC
Picnicking is allowed only in the area near the gardens entrance and it is not possible in rainy days.

ACCESSIBILITY
It is possible to visit the garden with wheelchairs, following a path marked by signs.

SEASON TICKETS
The Season pass is valid from the opening of the Garden to 3rd November 2024.
The 3 months pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
They are nominative cards valid only if they are used by the person named and they can be purchased only at the ticket office of the Botanic Garden.

OTHER PLACES OF INTEREST
VERBANIA: Museo del Paesaggio, (Landscape Museum),  (+39 0323 502418 - www.museodelpaesaggio.it). The founder was Antonio Massara 10 1909. Today the Landscape Museum opens its doors to the public with its collections of Painting, Sculpture, Archaeology and Popular Devotion; the church “Madonna di Campagna” of 16th century and Basilica di San Vittore.
STRESA: with its famous Borromeo Islands.
LAKE ORTA: the ancient village centre and S. Giulio Island.
ARONA: Colossus of San Carlo Borromeo.

In case of dangerous weather conditions our Management reserve the faculty to, partially or totally, close the park.
