Beauty comes from Nature
On March 19, 2026, the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto officially reopen to the public, marking the beginning of a new season dedicated to nature, beauty, and well-being. This year’s edition introduces a special theme: “The Wellness Garden – Beauty Comes from Nature.”
After the winter closure, the gardens once again welcome visitors, botany enthusiasts, and tourists from all over the world, offering an immersive experience where landscape, biodiversity, and personal well-being harmoniously intertwine.
The 2026 season places a strong emphasis on the deep connection between the natural environment and human well-being. Garden paths have been enhanced with new features and areas dedicated to relaxation, where colors, fragrances, and the sounds of nature contribute to creating a rejuvenating atmosphere.
New additions include botanical collections, events, themed guided tours, talks, and experiential activities designed to engage visitors in a journey of discovery and awareness.
To inaugurate the new season, Maestro Ugo Nespolo will be a special guest, taking part in a celebratory moment with the planting of a loquat tree and the unveiling of a plaque he personally created in the “Prato delle Personalità” (Lawn of Personalities), symbolising the deep connection between art and nature that defines the Garden.
The reopening on March 19 thus marks not only the beginning of the spring season, but also an invitation to rediscover contact with nature as a source of harmony and well-being. “The Wellness Garden” is conceived as a sensory and cultural journey, enhancing the extraordinary botanical richness of the Gardens of Villa Taranto while offering a space for physical and mental regeneration.
With this renewed vision, the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto reaffirm their role as a center of excellence, continuing to innovate while respecting the tradition and natural beauty that make them unique.
