On 23 May, a Wellness Workshop dedicated to nature, movement and wellbeing
On the occasion of the Giro d’Italia stage in Verbania, the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto present Pink Days, a special initiative created to celebrate the passage of the “Corsa Rosa” through the area and to experience the park in an even more evocative atmosphere.
On 22, 23 and 24 May, visitors who arrive at the ticket office wearing a clearly visible pink item of clothing — such as a T-shirt, trousers, shirt, jacket or sweater — will be able to benefit from a special admission rate of €10. Alternatively, standard and reduced tickets, as well as season passes, will remain valid. Small accessories or discreet details, such as scarves, hair clips or other subtle elements, will not be considered valid.
On Saturday 23 May, starting from 10:00 a.m., the events area inside the Gardens will host a special workshop presenting the wellness activities that will be offered over the coming months. The programme includes practices open to everyone, designed to encourage balance, awareness, movement and connection with the body, within a unique natural setting.
During the event, visitors will be able to take part in the different sessions scheduled throughout the day; those wishing to participate are invited to bring a mat or towel with them.
The programme will guide participants from Mindfulness Meditation with Fabiola Fainelli to Morning Hatha Yoga with Samanta Valente, followed by Gentle Gymnastics with Leonardo Filomarino. In the afternoon, it will continue with Move-In – Inner Movement with Annalisa Cei, Yoga and Natural Movement with Federico Blardone, and Yoga: A Return to the Self with Anna Cantarelli.
An opportunity to spend time immersed in the beauty of the Gardens, surrounded by nature, movement and wellbeing.
Appointment on Saturday, 23 May from 10:00 a.m. at the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto, Via Vittorio Veneto 111, Verbania Pallanza.
