This event, organized with the support of the Gabaré Association in collaboration with the Regional Pumpkin Fair and Slow Food, aims to raise awareness of the characteristics of certain Cucurbitaceae, considered particularly worthy of being brought into the third millennium.
The beauty and variety of shapes and colors are accompanied, in turn, by unique characteristics ranging from gastronomy to nutraceuticals, from technological properties to environmental sustainability, from tradition to innovation.
What is on display is just a glimpse of the potential this wonderful family can offer humanity for a more sustainable world. This truly immense cultural and agricultural biodiversity is recognized by the patronage of Slow Food Piedmont for the exhibition and Slow Food Italy for the accompanying publication: PUMPKIN, a World to Discover.
Come visit us from October 31st to November 2nd from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The events are free and can be attended with tickets purchased online by clicking HERE or directly at the ticket office.
