Tickets are valid for single admission from 18th March to 3rd November 2024.
When the transaction has a successful conclusion, the system will create an email attesting the purchase. The user must show this e-mail on their smartphone, at the Ticket Check Point of the Botanic Garden on the day of the visit.
In case of adverse weather conditions, our Management reserve the faculty to, partially or totally, close the park
TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF ON-LINE TICKETS
Please, read the terms and conditions set forth below carefully:
The present Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Tickets (as defined below) allowing access to the Botanic Garden in the name and on behalf of the organization itself.
The Customer: is the person who makes the Ticket purchase on-line. Tickets must be purchased through the Ente Giardini Botanici Villa Taranto website (www.villataranto.it), the only entity authorized to sell the Tickets.
Ticket:When the transaction has a successful conclusion, the system will create an email attesting the purchase. The user must show this e-mail on their smartphone, at the Ticket office of the Botanic Garden on the day of the visit.
Ticket's validity: The tickets will be valid from 18th March to 3rd November 2024. Tickets are not refundable in case of no entrance during the tourist season.
(Tickets, are not covered by refund guarantee since they are related to services for leisure time. The provider has to provide those services within a fixed date or in a pre-established period.(art.7 Dlgs 185/99 comma B).
