- The leader of the group is free.
- 1 teacher every 20 students is free.
- Handicapped persons are free.
- The entrance with dogs is allowed only if kept on leash.
OPENING HOURS - Daily opened, all-day, holidays included.
TIME REQUIRED FOR THE VISIT - From one to one hour and a half.
VISIT Advance reservation for groups not necessary. Visits are supposed to be non-guided. Plants are namely labelled and we recommend following the way showed by the consecutive numbers. PARKING for cars and buses free The boat landing stage of the Navigazione Lago Maggiore is right opposite to the Gardens entrance.
RISTORANTE PIZZERIA SNACK BAR - Situated at the entrance of the Gardens, near the tickets office. Tel. (+39) 345.108 26 77 , e-mail: andreamalagni@yahoo.it. Picnicking is allowed only in the area near the Gardens entrance and is not possible in rainy days.
OTHER PLACES OF INTEREST PALLANZA, the church Madonna di Campagna of 16th century and the Museo del Paesaggio, (Landscape Museum), (+39 0323 502418 - www.museodelpaesaggio.it). The founder was Antonio Massara 10 1909. Today the Landscape Museum opens its doors to the public with its collections of Painting, Sculpture, Archaeology and Popular Devotion. STRESA with its famous Borromeo Islands; LAKE ORTA, the ancient village centre and S. Giulio Island.
In case of adverse weather conditions, our Management reserve the faculty to, partially or totally, close the park.
